The Wenatchee Industrial Portfolio is located in an opportunity zone and includes two groups of industrial buildings located in downtown Wenatchee, adjacent to the Columbia River. The offering is grouped into two building clusters – North Plant and South Plant – including approximately 320,039 square feet of total building area on approximately 12.3 acres (535,788 SF).
